All content created by Apex Digital Studios, including website designs, graphics, logos, and marketing materials, remains our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, you will receive a license to use the content for the purposes outlined in the service agreement. We retain the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Client-Provided Content

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use any content you provide to us, including text, images, and logos. You warrant that your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. You grant Apex Digital Studios a non-exclusive license to use your content for the purpose of providing the Services.

Copyright and Trademarks

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without our prior written consent. "Apex Digital Studios" and our logo are trademarks owned by us and may not be used without our permission.

Limitations of Liability
